I can't find a product I already downloaded for a specific date and track. Will I be charged twice if I access it again?

You do not need to repeat the purchase process. All recently purchased products will remain accessible without requiring another shopping cart checkout. Simply re-download the previously purchased product from the "My Products" tab. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact Player Services.
