After purchasing a file, go to "My Products" to find your purchase and click the blue download arrow to download. PDF files are available for 7 days after the race card date, while data files from 2017 onward remain accessible by selecting the file date on the calendar to reveal the download option.
Once you have purchased a file, click on "My Products". On the left side of the page you will see the date and product or products purchased. Next to it, you will see a "piece of paper" with a blue download arrow. Click on the blue download arrow to download.
PDF files are available for 7 days past the date of the race card. After that date, PDF files are no longer available. You can convert a data file into a PDF. a guide on how to is here.
Data files are available on our site for 2017 to current. If you purchase a data file older than 7 days, you will not see listed on the "My Products" page. To download it, change the calendar back to the date of the file (just like you added it to your shopping cart). You will then see the blue download arrow.
